Zaburex is a Secure Internet as a Service (SECaaS) platform offering DNS filtering, content control, digital threat protection, forced SafeSearch, category management, whitelist/blacklist, DNS monitoring, and administration panel for homes, schools, and businesses.
Legal entity for clients in the Dominican Republic: Solcti SRL. For clients in the United States: Zaburex LLC.
By contracting, registering, or using Zaburex, the client accepts these terms and conditions, as well as the privacy and refund policies published at zaburex.com. Failure to read does not exempt the client from compliance.
The service may be contracted by persons over 18 years of age with full legal capacity, or by companies and institutions through an authorized representative. The client must not operate in a country subject to applicable international sanctions.
The service must be used to protect networks, devices, and users against inappropriate content, unsafe browsing, and digital threats. For specific prohibited uses, consult the Acceptable Use Policy.
Plans operate under monthly or annual subscription with automatic renewal, unless cancelled with 5 days advance notice. Payments are processed by Stripe and Azul (Banco Popular Dominicano). Zaburex does not store complete card data. Prices may not include applicable taxes. Price changes are notified 30 days in advance.
Zaburex may offer a free trial of up to 15 days. Maximum one trial per client, domain, or IP network. At the end, the service is suspended until a paid plan is activated.
Activation: up to 5 business days from payment confirmation. Immediate suspension for non-payment, serious breach, illegal activities, or competent authority instruction. Client cancellation: at any time via the Panel or at [email protected].

Zaburex does not guarantee absolute protection against inappropriate content, digital threats, malware, phishing, or technological evasion mechanisms. Service effectiveness depends on the correct configuration of the client's network and devices.

Zaburex implements controls to detect and block common evasion methods, but cannot guarantee absolute blocking if the end user controls network configuration or device settings.
Zaburex is a complementary DNS filtering and network security SaaS platform. It does not replace:
Zaburex complements an existing cybersecurity strategy by acting as a first layer of network-level defense. Additional device-level security controls are strongly recommended.
Zaburex does not deliberately collect personal information directly from children under 13 years of age. The service is contracted exclusively by adults, businesses, or authorized institutions.
For educational institutions and homes with minors:
If an educational institution or parent detects that Zaburex has collected a minor's data without authorization, they must immediately notify [email protected] for deletion of said data.
Zaburex shall not be liable for Service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
In the event of force majeure affecting the Service, Zaburex will notify the Client as soon as reasonably possible. If the event lasts more than 30 continuous days, either party may terminate the agreement without penalty.
For clients in the Dominican Republic: This agreement is governed by Dominican Republic law. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo, D.R. Legal entity: Solcti SRL.
For clients in the United States: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Legal entity: Zaburex LLC.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: U.S. clients irrevocably waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to the Service. This waiver is a material condition of this agreement.
Other jurisdictions: Dominican law applies and jurisdiction is Santo Domingo, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZABUREX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR USD $100.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Zaburex may update features, prices, policies, payment methods, categories, and infrastructure. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance by email.
