1 Purpose of this Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) establishes the permitted and prohibited uses of the Zaburex platform. By using the service, the client agrees to comply with this policy. Non-compliance may result in immediate service suspension or termination.

2 Permitted Uses

The Zaburex service is designed and authorized for:

• Protecting internal networks of businesses, educational institutions, and homes
• Filtering inappropriate content for users under the client's responsibility
• Applying corporate or educational Internet use policies
• Protecting minors in home and educational environments
• Reducing exposure to malware, phishing, and digital threats
• Improving productivity through web access control
• Complying with cybersecurity regulations applicable to the organization

3 Prohibited Uses

It is strictly prohibited to use Zaburex for:

• Engaging in illegal activities under any applicable jurisdiction
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or alter Zaburex's infrastructure
• Evading, bypassing, or disabling DNS filtering controls
• Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code
• Conducting phishing, spoofing, or social engineering attacks
• Abusing the whitelist to circumvent legitimate category blocks
• Using the service for criminal or terrorist activities
• Conducting DoS/DDoS attacks against Zaburex or third parties
• Performing reverse engineering on the Zaburex system
• Reselling or redistributing the service without written authorization
• Using the service as an unauthorized ISP for third parties
• Falsifying account information, IPs, or client identity

4 Gray Area Activities

The following activities require prior communication and written authorization from Zaburex:

• Penetration testing against Zaburex infrastructure
• Security research on the filtering system
• Academic or investigative use requiring extended log access
• Undocumented technical integrations with the Zaburex API

5 Report Abuse

6 Suspension for Abuse

Zaburex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy immediately and without prior notice when the violation represents risk to infrastructure, illegal activity, harm to third parties, or attacks on other clients.
