Zaburex may collect name, email, phone, company, RNC/EIN, address, billing data, plan, public IP, registered locations, DNS configuration, active categories, whitelist, blacklist, support tickets, and technical service records.
Zaburex does not record the full content of visited pages beyond the queried domain. Technical DNS records include:
Zaburex does NOT record: full URLs, page content, HTTP/HTTPS session data, passwords, forms, or any data within encrypted traffic.
Zaburex does not sell browsing data to third parties. We do not use browsing data for advertising purposes. Technical logs are used exclusively for service operation, security, technical support, and legal compliance.
Zaburex does not directly store complete card data. Payments are processed by Stripe or Azul (Banco Popular Dominicano). Zaburex receives summary information: payment status, plan, renewal date, last 4 digits, or subscription identifiers.
We use information to create and manage accounts, activate the service, apply DNS policies, process subscriptions, issue invoices, provide support, improve security, prevent abuse, generate reports, and comply with legal or fiscal obligations.
We share limited information only with providers necessary to operate the service: cloud infrastructure, Odoo (ERP), payment processors, and transactional email. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use browsing data for advertising.
Zaburex does not deliberately collect personal information directly from children under 13 years of age. The service is contracted exclusively by adults, businesses, or authorized institutions.
For educational institutions and homes with minors:
If an educational institution or parent detects that Zaburex has collected a minor's data without authorization, they must immediately notify [email protected] for deletion of said data.
Data processing is governed by Dominican Law No. 172-13. For U.S. clients, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, FTC Act Section 5, and FERPA for educational institutions also apply.
Zaburex implements technical and administrative controls: restricted access, HTTPS/TLS, audit logs, role separation, and encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data.
The client may request access, correction, portability, objection, or deletion of their data by writing to [email protected]. Some information will be retained if necessary for fiscal, legal, or security reasons.
Active data: while the account is active + 90 days after cancellation. Audit and billing records: up to 7 years per applicable fiscal obligations.
Zaburex may update this policy. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. The current version will always be published at zaburex.com.
