1 What Can You Report?
Zaburex takes abuse reports very seriously. You can report:

- Phishing or fraud sites not blocked by Zaburex
- Malware or ransomware distribution from unfiltered domains
- Illegal activities detected in Zaburex-protected networks
- Abusive use of the service by other clients
- Network attacks originating from Zaburex infrastructure
- Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy
- Security vulnerabilities in the platform
2 How to Report
To report abuse, send an email to [email protected] with:
- Type of incident or detected abuse
- Domain(s) or IP(s) involved
- Approximate date and time of incident (UTC preferred)
- Detailed description of observed behavior
- Additional evidence: screenshots, logs, URLs
3 Response Time
- Acknowledge report within 24-48 business hours
- Investigate and validate the report
- Take corrective action based on incident severity
- Notify the reporter about actions taken when possible
4 Reporter Protection
Good-faith reports will be treated confidentially. Zaburex will not take adverse action against persons who report abuse responsibly and honestly.
