Policy

1 Free Trial

Zaburex may offer a free trial of 15 days. Maximum one trial per client, domain, or IP network. At the end, service is suspended until a paid plan is activated. Zaburex may terminate the trial early for abusive use.

2 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the service period has started, except: billing error attributable to Zaburex; service interruption exceeding 72 continuous hours solely attributable to Zaburex; or case approved in writing.

3 Annual Subscriptions

Refund possible within the first 7 days of the first payment, without documented intensive use, completed technical installation, or terms violation. Proportional refunds do not apply after the first 7 days.

4 Technical and Installation Services

Charges for installation, on-site configuration, technical assistance, home/office visit, or equipment configuration are billed separately and are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

5 Cancellations

The client may cancel at any time via the Panel or at [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not imply automatic refund of the already-paid period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

6 Service Failures

If a service interruption is directly attributable to Zaburex and significantly affects the service, the case will be evaluated individually. Service credit, period extension, or partial refund may be applied as appropriate.

→ Force Majeure and External Events

Zaburex shall not be liable for Service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Electrical or power supply failures
• Internet Service Provider (ISP) outages
• Cloud infrastructure provider failures (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, etc.)
• Payment processor interruptions (Stripe, Azul, etc.)
• Global DDoS attacks or critical Internet infrastructure attacks
• DNS root or TLD system failures
• Wars, armed conflicts, or terrorist acts
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health events
• Governmental or regulatory actions
• Third-party provider failures beyond Zaburex's control

In the event of force majeure affecting the Service, Zaburex will notify the Client as soon as reasonably possible. If the event lasts more than 30 continuous days, either party may terminate the agreement without penalty.

8 Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments processed by Stripe or Azul may be subject to the processing times, validations, and policies of the payment provider.

9 Refund Request

Send request to [email protected] with: full name or company, account email, contracted plan, payment date and amount, and reason. Zaburex will respond within 10 business days.
